Some pages do not print properly on my printer. Can I get the page in a format that's easier to print?
On each page on the AIATSIS web site there is a link to 'Text Only View'. Selecting this allows you to view the page in a simple text based format without the design graphics. To change back to the normal view, click on 'Graphic View' when you are finished printing
Some pages are in pdf format. How do I view these pages?
To view documents in pdf format you either need Adobe Acrobat Reader - available as a free download from Adobe - or an equivalent product such as xpdf for machines using the Linux operating system
Some pages have a printer icon
on them - what does this mean?
This means that an automatic link to a text only view for easier printing has been provided. Clicking on the printer icon will take you to the text only view. Normally the page will open in a new window. When you are finished, close the window. If the document has not opened in a new window, click on 'Graphic View' to return to the normal view.
Some pages have a pdf icon
on them - what does this mean?
This means that a version of the page contents is also available in pdf format for easier printing. Normally the page will open in a new window. When you are finished, close the window. If the document has not opened in a new window, use your browser's back button to return to the web page
